Bought these shoes in 2 sizes as my daughter is in between sizes. Kept one pair she loves them and loves that she can put them on and off herself. They arrived so quick. I had to return the other pair, which i did through An Post as there was no local DPD drop off point. The refund came through really really fast and when i queried the amount they were very quick to come back to me and correct the refunded amount no issue. Really great customer service. Bought to replace suede ones and these boots are perfect - clean, comfy and though I wouldn't generally go for extra embellishments, the gold on the inside of boot heel is really lovely.
