Unopened Goods
- After you receive your goods and before opening you decide you do not want them please return to the address below. Just repackage over the existing packaging and return without obligation for a full refund 30 days from delivery date.
- We advise that you insure the parcel being returned so it will be traceable as we take no responsibility for goods that are lost in the transit.
- The postage costs of returning unwanted goods, which are not faulty, must be paid by you the customer outside of Ireland. Refund completed on their arrival.

- You can use there pick up finder map https://dpd.ie/Pickup also to find the nearest depot or drop off point locally to you.
- When your item arrives back we will process the refund the same day minus the reduce rate fee used above of €5 for ROI & Northern Ireland. This fee is €10 from the UK. If you do not use our reduce rate service no deduction occurs.
- Package must then be dropped to your nearest drop off point. We do not offer any residential collections services in cities currently.
- We do not refund postage by any means other than our automated process linked through our IT and courier services for accounting reasons.
Opened Goods, Exchange Of Goods
- We advise to try on shoes on a surface that will not scuff or mark the shoes. Please take care with clothing items where tan is applied to the skin. All goods must be in original box with labels attached. A copy of receipt of purchase must also be enclosed for a refund to be processed 30 days from delivery date.

- Postage costs to resend out i.e. a different shoe size is paid by the purchaser if the item is on sale. For full price items over €49 we will cover it. Placing a new order to obtain free shipping to overcome this is prohibited for sale items only. Refund will be completed on their arrival back to us and takes 1-2 days to process.

Defective Goods
- If you have to return goods which are deemed faulty on arrival, wrong size etc. Please send them back to us with the address on the invoice enclosed.
- We will cover the cost of return postage you incur for this and to resend out the replacement also. Alternatively contact us before returning goods for advice.
- When we receive these goods we will examine them and if necessary return them to the manufacturer to determine their defect. If it is decided there is a fault we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
- If the goods have been worn and only have a minor defect within three months of purchase date we reserve the right to repair if possible. We cannot guarantee against general wear and tear or damage caused after use. We do not take responsibility for loss of stones or beads from products after being worn.
- Return postage costs of worn faulty items is paid by the purchaser. Each claim will be assessed individually.
