I received a call from the owner to say they had sold out on the item I bought online and would they send me a different size so we confirmed that the next 1/2 size up would do. However on the day he was to send it to me the 1/2 size I wanted came in & I had it in time for Xmas I was so grateful that he took the time to ring me to find out if it was for a Christmas present which it was. The package arrived on time.
The shoes were very nice and a perfect fit. But unfortunately they were not brown but burgundy so I returned them as the colour didn't work for me
